From December 2014 changes were made to legislation on how food premises report allergens in food.
If your child suffers from any food allergies you need to speak to the school office to discuss what ingredients are in each of the dishes served at lunch times. Each dish is listed in a folder in the school kitchen detailing the type of allergen contained in the food. There is an example of how the food is listed and also a list of all 14 allergens below.
